FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno County Sheriff's investigators say 25-year-old Jeremy Hudler was under the radar. He's a registered sex offender, but wasn't on the Megan's Law website. He's what's known as a "non-disclosed" registrant, which means he's only known to law enforcement- but not anymore. Now he's in jail on child pornography charges and investigators say they want to warn the public about him and his alleged crimes.
