FRESNO, Calif. — An Idaho man pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court Monday to receiving and distributing child pornography, following a far-reaching investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), with assistance from the Idaho State Police and the Bannock County Sheriff's Office.

Homeless Fresno man caught using library's wifi for child porn

FRESNO, California -- Fresno County Sheriff's investigators arrested a man on Tuesday accused of using the free Wi-Fi at a public library to download child pornography. Victor Smith, 59, of Fresno was taken into custody at the Central Library in downtown Fresno after a two-week investigation by the sheriff's department.

FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno County Sheriff's investigators say 25-year-old Jeremy Hudler was under the radar. He's a registered sex offender, but wasn't on the Megan's Law website. He's what's known as a "non-disclosed" registrant, which means he's only known to law enforcement- but not anymore. Now he's in jail on child pornography charges and investigators say they want to warn the public about him and his alleged crimes.

Fresno man arrested for possession of child pornography

The Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force announced today that Patrick Sullivan, of Fresno, was arrested for possession of child pornography. This crime is officially listed as "PC311.11(a) - Possession of child pornography."
